Q: Do You Charge For Your Travel Expenses?

A: Yes, The Client Pays All Travel Expenses(Gas, Lodging, Etc...) Local Clients Need Not Worry About This. We Will

     Discuss This At The Time Of Our Meeting.


Q: Do I Get A Refund?

A: Deposits Are Nonrefundable. We Get Paid Before We Go To Your Shoot. In The Event You Become Ill, We Will

    Gladly Reschedule The Shoot. In The Event Of A Double Booking In Error, We Will Just Reschedule You For

    Another Time. All Monies Are NonRefundable This Is Not Negoitable. We Work Very Hard To Give You Quality

    Portfolios So We Expect The Same In Return. If We Are Unable To Make The Event We Will Gladly Give You Back

    Your Monies Paid.


Q: How Long Do I Have To Wait For Finished Proofs? 

A: Approximately , 3 Weeks. This Process Will Include Us Getting Your Proofs To You To Choose What You Like.

    Once That Is Done, You Call Us And Tell Us Which To Touch Up For You. Prints Are Available Go Here . Once

    That Is Done We Send Them To You For Final Approval And We Are Done. Shipping Is All Paid By The Client

    Unless Local. All Pictures Are Burnt To CD or DVD for You for $40-100 Fee.

 

Q: Sound Issues

A: When We Do Videography Sometimes The Sound Quality Is Not Good. We Do Our Best To Please. In The

     Event This Happens Monies Are Nonrefundable As We Don't Control What Your Sound Guys Do. We Will Run

     A Seperate Board To See If Our Sound Quality Is Good. Also We Will On Occassion Record Another Show For

     You Free Of Charge Incase This Happens.


Q: Postage Costs

A: You Pay All Costs Of Shipping To And From Your Location. Unless You Are Local And We Can Get It To You. Most Of Our Work Is Done Over The Phone So No Worries There. Final Prints Should Be The Only Thing You Pay For
